This year, Existence Sanctuary stepped into the community with a simple mission—to spread love through flowers and affirmations, while also bringing awareness to National Men's Health Month, Father's Day, and the many contributions men make daily within our communities.
From protecting our youth to carrying the weight of everyday responsibilities, the men in our community deserve to be recognized, appreciated, and celebrated while they are here.
With the generous sponsorship of Fallon's Flowers, we were able to distribute 100 carnations and over 100 affirmation cards throughout Raleigh, creating intentional moments of connection one flower at a time.
And what we witnessed was beautiful!

The moment we began exchanging flowers with men—young and experienced—we saw their faces light up with smiles so contagious we couldn't help but smile back. What may have seemed like a small gesture quickly became something much bigger.
It became a moment of recognition.
A moment of softness.
A moment of love.
It was truly fulfilling to offer a simple reminder that Through Love All Things Exist.
But the truth is, love was not only given that day—it was returned almost instantly.
Through hugs, laughter, gratitude and shared smiles.
In those moments, we were reminded that community care is never one-sided. When you pour into people intentionally, that energy always finds its way back.

This Juneteenth reminded us that healing, appreciation, and connection can happen in the simplest ways. One flower became one conversation, and one act of kindness became a ripple effect throughout the community.
At Existence Sanctuary, this is only the beginning.
Our mission remains rooted in love, healing, and community impact—and we will continue showing up, one flower, one conversation, and one act of care at a time.
If we didn't catch you at this event, don't worry.
We'll be in your area soon.
